Located only two miles from downtown the area offers the best of both worlds, close to Duval without the noise. The ceilings and walls are constructed of thick concrete and the windows are practically noise proof. You probably wont need them but we we have 24 hour security as well. Currently major construction is being done on the exterior which is set to end in September. 1800 Atlantic sits on 400 feet of oceanfront property. An expansive pool and spa sits ocean side surrounded by a lushly landscaped garden of native Key West plants and trees. Plan a picnic or barbecue in the shade of this beautiful garden. When you are done relaxing by the pool, hit the courts on one of three lighted tennis courts or the handball court. 1800 Atlantic has the only clay tennis court in Key West, we put some rackets and tennis balls in the closet. Large living areas compared to most other condo's in Key West (1350sf), central a/c, tons of channels including HBO, I pod dock stereo, WIFI, and full-size washer/dryer round out the amenities of both units. Parking in the gated garage is included. We don't have a beach on site but just a very short walk away is Smathers Beach. Water sport activities are available here including parasailing, hobie cat's, wind surf boards, kayak's, and paddle board rentals. They rent beach chairs and umbrellas as well.
